SITE PRIVACY POLICY

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is a part of the terms of use of the website entered into between the site visitor (hereinafter referred to as the User) and the CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION "CHARITABLE FOUNDATION "KEY OF HOPE"" (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation) regarding the use of the website: https://fundkeyhope.net.ua (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information we receive from Site visitors, the process of its collection, processing, handling, and usage.

The Policy explains how the Foundation utilizes this information, provides additional details regarding methods of handling personal information, and outlines how Users can contact the Foundation in case of any questions or concerns.

 

Information and personal data are collected, processed, and used in accordance with the requirements of current legislation of Ukraine.

The Foundation reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason, without additional notice of such changes.

 

Providing/placing information on the Site implies the User's agreement with the content of this Privacy Policy and signifies that the User gives consent to the collection, handling, usage, and disclosure/distribution of information that identifies the User in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If the User disagrees with the terms of this Privacy Policy, they should refrain from sending any information about themselves to the Foundation.

 

2. TYPES OF INFORMATION RECEIVED BY THE FOUNDATION

The Foundation collects information related to the User only if the User voluntarily provides such information and explicitly consents to its use. The information collected by the Foundation includes:

Information Identifying the User: The Foundation may collect information that identifies the individual (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data") when the User decides to interact with the Foundation and provides relevant information through feedback or by filling out contact or registration forms on the Site, or by providing this information through other means on the Site, including making inquiries, making charitable contributions through the Site, etc. Personal data, among other things, includes information such as name, surname, phone number, email address.

Secondary (Technical) Data: When the User visits the Site, certain data is automatically recorded on the Foundation's servers for system administration, as well as for statistical or backup purposes, using various technologies, including but not limited to, cookie files, tags, IP address/URL tracking, and other tools. The recorded information may include the name of the User's internet service provider, in some cases – the User's IP address, data about the version of the User's browser software, the operating system of the computer from which the User visited the Site, addresses of websites that the User visits simultaneously with our Site, and, if possible, search parameters that led the User to the Site, date/time stamps, the number of clicks, viewed advertisements, and more. The User can block or disable cookie files on their computer, limiting the collection of Secondary Data through the use of cookie files. However, in such a case, the User may not be able to use certain functional features of the Site.

 

Other Tracking Services: The Foundation may also use other tracking services (third-party programs), such as Google Analytics, to understand and analyze the conditions of using the Site. The User is aware that in Google Analytics, information sent by the user's browser as part of a web page request, including cookie files and the user's IP address, is collected. In this case, Google also receives this information, and its use is regulated by Google's privacy policy and/or the operator of Google Analytics software. The Foundation is not a party to the User's relationship with third parties, such as operators of Google Analytics, etc.

 

Payment Information: The Foundation does not directly collect information about payment instruments, such as bank cards, etc. If the User wishes to make a charitable contribution through the Site, the User will be redirected to a third-party website – a payment operator through which such payment can be made, and payment data will be provided not to the Foundation but to the operator of such payment operator. In this case, the User's data will be processed by such third party in accordance with its privacy policy or other agreement entered into with the User.

 

Personal Data of Children:The Foundation does not collect information about visitors under the age of 18. If necessary, the Foundation may unequivocally draw the attention of a child to the fact that they should not send any personal information to the Foundation's email address. If parents or other legal representatives of a child find that the child has provided certain information to the Site and believe that such data should be deleted, upon their request, the Foundation will take steps to delete such information.

 

3. USE OF PROVIDED INFORMATION

Personal data and other information provided by the User are used only for the purpose for which the User provided them to the Foundation. The Foundation will use the provided information to support and organize feedback with the User, send correspondence, messages, information, including advertising, maintain databases, including contact databases, visitors, donors, etc., conduct statistical, advertising, sociological, and other research, form contracts and other documents necessary for establishing relationships, as well as to prevent breaches of confidentiality, legal norms, or contract terms. The Foundation does not transfer or sell information to third parties.

 

4. DATA SECURITY

The Foundation undertakes to carefully store the provided information and data securely, as well as take all precautions to protect information from loss, misuse, or unauthorized changes. However, the User is informed that no method of transmitting information over the Internet or mobile communication devices, or electronic storage method, is 100% secure, and the Foundation cannot guarantee or ensure the security of any information that the User transmits in cases of malicious attacks on information, the Site by third parties.

The User acknowledges understanding the described risks, including that the provided information may be lost or obtained by third parties, and personally and independently assumes all risks associated with this.

 

5. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES

The Foundation may disclose the provided information to third parties only to the extent objectively necessary to achieve the purpose described above or to protect the security or integrity of the Site, to take preventive measures against liability, or to assist in legal proceedings or requests from other government agencies; or in cases where it is necessary to provide such information to prevent physical harm or financial loss or in connection with an investigation into suspected or actual illegal activities.

 

6. LINKS TO OTHER RESOURCES

The User should be aware that other websites, links to which are contained on the Site or in Foundation emails, may have their own provisions regarding the collection and processing of information that may differ from this Privacy Policy. To ensure the confidentiality of information, the Foundation recommends that the User familiarize themselves with the terms and privacy policies of other websites, programs, or other electronic services to which links are provided.

The User can manage email communication with the Foundation, including opting out of receiving emails, by contacting the Foundation directly through the website or by mail.
